By registering for the Hacktivity Comprehensive Cybersecurity Trainings, you give your consent to all of the below registration terms and conditions. We advise you to print these terms for your own records.
Registration and Payment
Registration should be performed by means provided by Hacktivity organizers. Please check all provided information which is required to successfully identify you as a training attendee. Please note that any payment you make has to reach Hacktivity organizers in full no later than September 15th, 2018. For Early Bird registrations payment has to be made in full before the Early Bird deadline is reached. After the deadline discounted fees will not be honored as fully paid.
Letters of Invitation
If you require a Letter of Invitation to attend this event, please send written request to [email protected]Letters of Invitation are usually only required by foreigners who must obtain a VISA in order to attend the conference.
Meals
All fully paid training and conference attendees will receive lunch and two coffee services per day of paid attendance.
Conference armband
All persons at the training venue must have an armban visible on them at all times. Family members, spouses, friends, peers, etc. are strictly prohibited access to the conference venue without a band.
Training Class Reservations
All training course seats are first to come, first serve. The only way to hold a seat in a training course is to be paid in full at the time of your registration. Hacktivity organizers reserve the right to cancel your unpaid registration without notification in order to guarantee the seat to another delegate.
Training Class Cancellation by Hacktivity organizers
If Hacktivity Trainings organizers are forced to close a training class, you have the following options:

receive a refund of your payment in full should you choose to cancel your training – you will not be assessed a processing fee

move to another class if there is space in that class
Please note that if the newly selected course is more expensive then you must pay the difference. If the newly selected course is less expensive, you will be given a refund for the difference in the original payment instrument.
You will not receive a refund for the entire conference should you choose to cancel your entire registration. You will only receive a refund for the canceled class. If you wish to cancel your entire registration please see the Cancellation Policy above.
Please note that the organizers are not responsible for training class cancellation by the trainers. If a trainer cancels a class, the organizers are not obliged to compensate the students by any costs (e.g. flight tickets, or accommodation fee) they are only obliged to refund the full price of the training class.
General Conditions
Hacktivity organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove personnel (both registered and non-registered) from the event for vandalism, stealing, offensive and unruly behavior, or for any other reasons deemed appropriate, at their discretion.
Hacktivity organizers will not be liable in respect of any loss of or damage to the personal property of, or the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by negligence (including the negligence of Hacktivity organizers) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
